ECLS was established in 2015, is a (SDVOSB) Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business and operates offices in North Carolina ans South Carolina. ECLS Global provides a wide range of services for clients locally, nationally, and internationally.

People and Philosophy
ECLS Global is a surveying and engineering firm that provides a wide range of services to its clients in those disciplines. The expert staff at ECLS Global consists of over 40 professional land surveyors, professional engineers, civil and CAD techs, survey field personnel, and support staff. Our staff is well equipped to quickly assist our clients in meeting their challenges with accuracy and precision.

UAS (Unmanned Aerial Systems)/Drone Technology

In ultra-flat watershed areas where minimum grade can be a concern for long term sewer conveyance, the capability to make Professional Land Surveying a part of the scope is an advantage for ECLS Global, Inc. Our E-Bee RTK fixed-wing Drone can cover over 500 acres of open land in one day. Average flight time is around 90 minutes on a single charge, and survey tolerances are generally within 1-2 tenths of a foot and is tied to NC/SC vertical datum at liftoff!
